In addition to offering extracurricular English activities in the afternoon, the WonderFUN centre is also interested in the welfare of the entire family. Our activities FamilyFUN offer workshops that are devoted to mums and dads (grandparents, babysitters, aunts, uncles etc.) who wish to spend time with their babies and do something special with them.
The activities and schedule vary from trimester to trimester.
Our activities are:
A workshop that allows our smallest friends to become familiar and experiment with different materials to create real artwork while engaging in sensory games, playing with touch, shapes, lights, etc.
Age: From 12 months
Times: Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30
This workshop is aimed at parents and their babies from their birth to their first birthday. It is a completely practical workshop that will teach you the most important elements of infant massage.
Dates: Tuesday 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th of October
Times: From 10:30 am to 12 pm.
Music can transmit emotions between a mother and her baby and can help to improve the baby’s emotional stability. At the workshop we sing songs, move and stimulate our babies with sounds from different instruments, colours and lights.
Age: 2 months to 3 years old.
Times: Thursday from 11-12h (8 to 36 months), 12-13h (1 to 8 months) and from 16:00 to 17:00 (8 to 36 months)
Baby foot reflexology
Babies and children are very receptive to stimulation of the foot’s reflex zones. At our foot reflexology workshop, you will learn how to activate the body’s healing powers which eliminate tension and help us to build a special emotional bond with our babies.
For mothers and 1-month-old babies, pregnant women and people without children who want to learn these techniques to help themselves and their family members.
Dates: Wednesday 8th, 15th and 22nd of November
Times: From 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
Fitness for mummies
This is the perfect time to spend with your baby. It helps you to tone your body and reconnect with yourself while allowing your baby to develop his or her motor skills.
Postnatal: Friday from 11 to 12 hrs.
Prenatal: Friday from 12 to 13 hrs.
